I'm Kelly MacDonald-Wilson, a REALTOR® and Advisor with Second Storey Real Estate (Real Broker Ontario Ltd.), based in the town I grew up in, Acton, and working right across Halton Hills and the neighbouring communities. More than 13 years in real estate have taken me into every corner of the region, helping people buy, sell, downsize and relocate from Georgetown to Erin, Milton to Orangeville.
What I hear from clients most often is relief. Relief that someone is explaining the process in plain language, keeping the pace calm and telling the truth about price and timing. That's the job, as I see it: honest advice, local expertise and personal attention, with zero pressure.

My story
From Acton to every town around it.
Growing up in Acton gives you a certain grounding. You learn that the person behind the counter knows your family, that the trail is never far away, and that a town this size works because neighbours look out for each other. That's the spirit I bring to the work, everywhere in Halton Hills.
The same welcome I found growing up in Acton is what I try to offer wherever my clients are, from the limestone storefronts of Georgetown to the studios of Glen Williams, the escarpment trails around Limehouse and the rolling farmland in between. Halton Hills is one community with many characters, and the pleasure of this job is matching people to the corner of it that fits them best.
Over more than 13 years in the industry, I've worked with buyers and sellers at every stage: the couple nervous about their first offer, the family needing room to grow, the empty nesters ready for something lighter, and the family arriving from another province with a hundred questions. The thread through all of it is the same. People do better when they understand their options and feel heard.
